(Effective July 1, 2010)

Hourly Rates

FLAT-FEE DESK-TOP CASE REVIEW $ 500.00

With verbal and (if requested) a written case synopsis and analysis report (FLAT FEE)

(Applies only to cases involving not more than

3 vehicles and non-fatality, does NOT included

any travel time, scene visits, vehicle inspections,

or full written report. Travel time, scene visits and

vehicle inspections will be billed at the Case

Investigation / Analysis / Reconstruction rates.

The completion of a full written report (which

includes all calculations, vehicle specification

reports, maps, etc. is an additional $250.00).

Cases sent and responded to via

E-Mail, US Mail, FedEx, UPS, etc.

CASE INVESTIGATION / ANALYSIS / RECONSTRUCTION $ 125.00

(Minimum 4 hours)

COURT / DEPOSITION / ARBITRATION APPEARANCE

($1000.00 Half Day / $2000.00 Full Day) First Hour $ 500.00

Each Additional Hour $ 250.00

(Or Portion Thereof)

TRAVEL TIME $ 100.00

(Travel Time will not exceed a 5 hour maximum charge

per trip, for cases within Texas)

MILEAGE $ 0.50

(Per Mile)

PHOTOGRAPHY $ 2.00

(Per Picture)

EXPENSES Actual Costs

(Additional expenses that may occur, i.e.

Purchase of Police Traffic Reports, Road Department

Maps, Air Line Tickets, Hotel Room, etc.)

PER DIEM $ 200.00

(Applies ONLY to cases OUTSIDE of a 250 mile (Daily)

radius of San Antonio, TX)

TERMS: INVOICE BECOMES DUE UPON RECEIPT

Retainers may be required for certain civil and criminal cases.

NOTE: Those invoices delinquent 30 days or more, from original billing date, will incur a 5% service charge per month on the accrued balance starting from the date of the original invoice.
